This comprehensive project included the installation of structural steel to create an open-plan layout, dramatically enhancing the flow and natural light throughout the home. A complete electrical rewire was carried out, along with a full plumbing upgrade to support under-floor heating and a new heating system.

The transformation included expertly laid tiling in the kitchen and bathrooms, adding both durability and modern style. We installed a brand-new Howdens kitchen featuring custom units and integrated appliances, designed to be both functional and visually striking. The bathroom was also fully refurbished with contemporary fittings, a walk-in shower, and clever custom storage solutions.

Our dedicated office team ensured seamless scheduling, supply management, and communication throughout, allowing the renovation to progress smoothly without delays or unexpected costs.
